This is a terrible place. Dated, dirty linen, bad locks on the door, poor customer service. The welcome drink made me sick in the bushes at the front and when I asked for water they wouldn't give me a bottle but rao water. When I said I was unhappy with the place and wanted a refund for the reservation they refused, even though they made me sick.

Terrible place. Please avoid. Looks fine in the pictures and from the outside but very poorly maintained. Bathrooms have mould on the walls, floors are dusty and rooms smell mouldy. We ended up sneazy and had allergic responses to the poorly maintained room.

We had a very bad time at this resort. First of all, even after giving special instructions for early check in, they did not bother to give it. We arrived at 8 am from station and were shocked to hear that we will not get even a single room before 2 pm. After coming from a long journey, u always expect at least a single room to rest. Secondly its a very very small & an average quality resort, unlike displayed in pictures. The service is so poor that you have to literally beg for any thing. The lighting in the room is very very poor and on the top of it, out of two, one light was not working and not repaired even after constant follow up. Thirdly the resort allotted 3-4 rooms next to our rooms to a group of bachelors who after check in, created so much of nuisance that we could not rest or sleep for a minute. How come a family resort gives the rooms to some bachlors who do not care for others? Lastly, the breakfast spread is very very average with just 1 cornflake, 1 fruit, 1 juice, breads, one / two indian snack & tea. Also the worst part is the rooms are not cleaned even by 3 pm. When asked abt it, first the reception person said how can I manage with just 1 person with him. Then he said, we do not clean it unless told to us. How rubbish? When u come back from whole day's outing totally exhausted and if ur room is not cleaned, what u feel is really not explainable here. The Receptionist attendent is so arrogant that u just can't argue with him and has his own theory to explain. The pool bar which is shown in pictures is also mot operational. The geyser also does not work properly. Never visit such anti service people who do not care about service to their guest and just want full money for nothing. Had a very very bad time.

We stayed here for 3 days in February. The hotel staff was super friendly and responsive (even to late-night requests for blankets etc). The pool and the poolside gazebo were our favourite place to chill. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with their people and stay close to the beach.

We stayed in this resort on our three day trip to goa This place is very near to the beach as well as the many famous night clubs in the area Plus Location is very near to the market and beach Staffs are very quick and responsive Place is clean and tidy Minus Very narrow street and parking space is small Feels congested as rooms are small and very close Need driver quarters as there is none and they have to sleep outside No difference between superior and classic
